Warrant issued for St. Louis Park man for child sexual assault

MINNEAPOLIS – A 35-year-old St. Louis Park man is accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl earlier this year, according to a criminal complaint filed Tuesday in Hennepin County District Court.
Erich Lloyd Kirscht is charged with fourth-degree sexual conduct involving contact with a child between 14 and 15 years old.
Kirscht sexually assaulted the girl on June 29, according to the complaint, signed by St. Louis Park Police Investigator Allison Jones.
The girl told law enforcement that she locked herself in the bathroom and started crying after Kirscht’s assault made her feel “really uncomfortable,” according to the complaint, also signed by Assistant Hennepin County Attorney Shirin Johnson.
No court date has been scheduled.
The case is assigned to Judge Thomas Conley.
