MINNEAPOLIS – A judge ordered a Bloomington man accused of raping a 13-year-old girl held on a $500,000 bond following a first appearance Wednesday afternoon in a Hennepin County District courtroom.
Jose Ramon Traconis Salvador, 45, is charged with one felony count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving penetration with someone under 14 years old.
The case has been assigned to Judge Lisa Janzen.
Traconis Salvador is accused of raping the girl in a Bloomington home on Oct. 22, according to the criminal complaint, signed by Bloomington Police Detective Carla Magaard.
The complaint is also signed by Assistant Hennepin County Attorney Cassandra Shepherd.
The girl told police that Traconis Salvador raped her about 11 times since September 2024.
A medical examination of the girl found she had an injury consistent with sexual assault.
Traconis Salvador provided a mirandized statement to police following his arrest and denied sexually assaulting the girl, according to Magaard.
He is currently listed as in custody in the Hennepin County jail.
His next court appearance is scheduled for Nov. 26 at 10 a.m.
